Neslife Research Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the Neslife WBA Platform, a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that allows businesses ("customers", "tenants") to communicate with their own customers over WhatsApp using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).

Information We Collect

• Account information: business name, email address, and login credentials of tenants who register on the platform.
• WhatsApp Business Account data: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, phone number ID, and access tokens, obtained when a tenant connects their WhatsApp Business Account to our platform (via manual entry or Meta's Embedded Signup).
• Contact and message data: the phone numbers, names, and message content of the tenant's own customers, to the extent needed to send and receive WhatsApp messages on the tenant's behalf.
• Usage data: logs of messages sent, delivery status, and platform activity, used for billing and service reliability.

How We Use Information

• To provide the core service: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages, managing message templates, and reporting delivery status back to the tenant.
• To operate tenant billing (wallet balance, usage-based charges).
• To provide customer support and respond to platform support tickets.
• To maintain platform security, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Data Sharing

We share WhatsApp message data with Meta Platforms, Inc., as required to deliver messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). We do not sell tenant or contact data to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Data is stored on servers operated by Neslife Research Private Limited.

Data Retention

We retain account and message data for as long as a tenant's account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your Rights

Tenants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data by contacting us at the email below. End-customers of our tenants should contact the relevant business directly regarding their own data.
